If you find that order not manufactured properly as per the instruction written in your order form, your hair sample & template/pattern, please simply return the unit, uncut and unaltered in any way within two months of delivered from us with all of its belongings (order form in original, hair sample & template in original).
Our custom hair systems are guaranteed to be made to the exact specifications of the order form or they will be re-manufactured at our own cost.
